David is a native of Jersey Shore and Avis. He completed his undergraduate studies in biblical theology at Salem School of the Bible in Brooklyn, NY, and earned a master’s degree in counseling from Missio Seminary (formerly Biblical Theological Seminary) in Philadelphia. Between years of college, David gained life experience working locally at Hammermill Paper Company and at Piper Aircraft, and, after graduating, working in the Governor’s Office in Harrisburg and also in financial services. David has served as pastor of Emmanuel for over 25 years. In addition to his ministry at Emmanuel, David operates Dayspring Biblical, LLC, a faith-based counseling practice. David and his wife Linda celebrated their 40th anniversary in 2019, and have two grown children and four grandchildren.
